Preferences for Cookies
This site stores two cookies, both on this domain. They do not measure visits and they do not follow you onto other sites.
The choice cookie (c_pref) remembers whether you accepted or declined. Acceptance lasts 365 days and is what allows the contact page to load Google reCAPTCHA and the map. A decline lasts until you close the browser.
The language cookie (c_lg) stores the language you chose. It lasts for the browsing session, or 365 days once you have accepted cookies.
The table shows whether each cookie is stored now, and the switch turns it on or off. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The typefaces are files of this site.
Downloading the curriculum stores the time of that download in this browser, only for this site, so the same browser cannot request the file again and again. That value is not sent to a server.
How to read the table
- Cookie:Identifier of the cookie.
- Type:Essential or functional.
- Name:Short name.
- Purpose:What the cookie is for.
- Data collected:What it stores.
- Expiration:How long it stays.
- Accepted:Whether it is stored now. The switch changes that.
Turning the choice off removes these cookies. The contact page then stops loading Google reCAPTCHA and the map, and the form cannot be sent until you accept again.

Contact form
I am Mario Fontcuberta, and I am the person responsible for personal data on mfontcuberta.com. This notice explains the contact form, the cookies, and the Google services that load only after you accept cookies. You can write to contact@mfontcuberta.com.
Data collected
- Name:So I know who is writing.
- Email:So I can reply, and so the acknowledgement can be sent to you.
- Subject:So I can see what the message is about.
- Message:The content you want me to read.
- Language:The language of the page, so the acknowledgement matches it.
Information use
I use the contact form only to handle your message:
- Reply to you.
- Send you an acknowledgement email.
- Keep a copy so I can follow the conversation.
Information storage
The message is stored in the database of this site until I no longer need it to handle your request, or until you ask me to delete it. The acknowledgement and my copy of the message are sent by email through Brevo. I also receive a notification through Telegram that includes the message.
Confidentiality and sharing of information
I do not sell this data. Brevo and Telegram receive it because that is how the message reaches me and how the acknowledgement reaches you. If you accept cookies, the contact page also loads Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a program did not send the form, and an embedded Google map. Those two services receive your IP address from your browser. If you decline, they are not loaded. The typefaces are files of this site, so reading the pages does not send your IP to Google for that purpose.
Consent
The checkbox on the contact form is your consent to use the data for the purposes above. You can withdraw it by writing to me. That does not affect the lawfulness of the use already made. The cookie choice is separate. You can read the site if you decline. Sending the form requires accepting cookies, because the spam check loads only then.
Rights of the data owner
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to a use or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@mfontcuberta.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
